All of our Retail Partners will be able to support and advise you when it comes to delivery of your new floor covering.

If a fitted carpet, they will handle the delivery for you and bring just before installation day to acclimatise. If a rug or runner, again they will often take the delivery for you and then liaise with you about either delivering to your home or collection in-store.

Your chosen Retail Partner will arrange a visit to your home to measure and discuss options for installation methods depending on the floor covering/s you are considering and your space.
