The Iceni flatweave rug by Margo Selby is a striking design, inspired by the forms of cut glass; an iconic Margo Selby piece. The geometric pattern progressions and syncopated rhythms are realised in a subtle grisaille colour scheme.

Flatweave – Kelim flat-woven rugs – without a pile – are handwoven on a horizontal ground loom. Bobbins are passed back and forth to create inlaid motifs. This is a traditional rug-making technique that results in a lighter-weight, practical and beautiful floor covering.
