Margo Selby Cranbrook Runner

The Cranbrook runner, designed by Margo Selby, is hand tufted in vibrant jewel tones. The 9 colours balance to build a unified composition.

Inspired by the forms of cut glass, Cranbrook comprises carved motifs, of varying scales, in coral, magenta, crimson and teal, on a base of slate blue.

Pile Composition: Approx 75% Wool, 25% Tencel

Hand Tufted – Luxurious pile, tightly packed yarn – these rugs are handmade on upright frames using a very precise technique of inserting and looping yarn tufts through a canvas backing, with handheld tools. Features of this method are the density of pile and crispness of line, with optional varied pile heights hand-carved to create a 3-dimensional effect.
