1 to 1 Flooring are an independent family run business that have been in the St Albans area for just over 8 years. Showcasing ALL our wonderful products in our latest display format, our eye-catching and easy to use Play Studio. Bring along your paint charts and fabric samples and choose at your leisure.

Customers can be assured of a warm welcome in store from Matt, Paul and Mark. Between them they have over 70 years of carpet and flooring expertise. There won’t be any carpet or flooring question they can’t answer!

The key to a beautiful floor is quality fitting and that’s exactly what we offer with our in-house team of experienced fitters, we are so confident in their skill and training that we offer a lifetime fitting warranty. Easy, free parking right outside the showroom makes the journey by car stress free.”

What do you love about your local area? Any Quirky Facts?

“A wealth of history with the century’s old cathedral, Verulamium Park is an oasis of calm with ornamental lakes and ancient Roman remains. City centre shopping and bustling independent cafes and restaurants. A city but a community.”

What's the best thing about Alternative Flooring? What's your favourite Alternative product?

“Alternative have stunning designs and brilliant marketing; the rug builder is amazing and gives a bespoke option for our customers. Favourite range has to be the Woosie!”
